Each occupant must complete sign and return an application as .pdf via email attachment or deliver to 407 F Street, Arcata, CA 95521. Typical processing time, once we receive your application is 24 to 48 hours. The more complete your application the faster the processing time.

HELPFUL HINTS

Pets: Are not acceptable in most units and will limit the choice you have of available properties.
Utilities: You should be prepared to pay utilities including garbage.
