The charge per application is $20.00 for prospective tenants. You may be
asked to provide a current credit report prepared by an approved
credit-reporting agency, at your expense, at the time of application.
Currently available rental properties can be e-mailed, or faxed to you.
Our rental application can be downloaded from this site and faxed or
mailed to us. Typical processing time, once we receive your application is
24 to 48 hours. The more complete your application the faster the
processing time.

Eureka:
You can expect relatively good rental
prices and availability of properties.
Typical rental price ranges,

Expected rents are higher and
availability late summer through the first semester of Humboldt State is
almost non-existent. The best time to find what you are looking for is
early June and you can expect to pay rent through the summer, even if you
will not arrive for residence until August. A few units may be available
at a reduced summer rate. Typical rental price ranges, depending on area

HELPFUL HINTS
Pets: Are not acceptable in most units
