The low cost, open book, home study Real Estate Education Package is accredited by the California Department of Real Estate and offered by California Lifestyles Realty. Once you complete Real Estate Principles, the Real Estate Practice course and one other from the approved list below, you will have satisfied the educational requirement for a sales agent's license. Real Estate Principles is a 3 unit college level course covering the following major topics in real estate.

The course is excellent and used by license-prep instructors in live courses that cost hundreds of dollars more than our Academy.
